    Boy, do I need you! I’ve never been in such poor shape – it sure “ain’t” pretty. Depressed, overwrought, lonely… adds up to no exercise, stress eating, weight gain, and high blood pressure. And I used to be runner!! Can you help from a distance? And…how are you doing? We’ve GOT to get together.

  2. I JUST read your response. Sorry, didn’t know you had responded.
    I recently started a pretty intensive workout program and have started running again, but have to readjust my mind and habits regarding food. I’d love to reconnect sometime.
