These look pretty good, if you’re a biscotti fan. I would omit the cornstarch, and switch the sugar for xylitol, monkfruit or at least coconut sugar, to lower the glycemic impact.

  1. I just picked up buckwheat flower at Late Bloomer and then saw this recipe! The biscotti are baking for the first time in the oven…batter tasted delicious! Will let you know how they taste after baking the second time around!
