Mentoring Group: Resilience through Illness and Recovery

I’m launching my private mentoring group January 8th, and I am excited to invite you to join me.

The focus of this very special group will be Resilience through Illness and Recovery.

Would you like to be the kind of person who handles her days with grace?

Who navigates adversity with admirable aplomb?

Who has resilience in the worst of circumstances, and optimism to share through the best?

Believe it or not, these are skills that everyone can develop.

This is part of developing Resilience; and what I will teach in my upcoming private mentoring group.

Like many innate qualities, we all have resilience, but we don’t all develop it to the same degree.

If you want to learn how to build your resilience in the face of whatever comes your way, this class is for you.

Honestly, I believe there is no more important quality to have.

I will share what I’ve learned healing from trauma, from years of Lyme disease and, more recently, recovering from breast cancer.

I can teach you how to understand and implement the right kind of support in your life:

  • nutrition,
  • meditation and mindfulness practices,
  • journaling,
  • supplements,
  • decreasing toxicity (both physical and emotional),
  • movement,
  • comraderie,
  • how to work with fear, but not be ruled by it,
  • and so much more.

I want to teach you how to access your own innate resilience.

(And I’ll help you avoid some of the time- and money-sucks I encountered, too.)

You will learn how to make these practices routine so that they provide the foundation for health and well-being, for the rest of your life.

This is a fast course – designed to put things in place quickly so you can USE them –

but it’s also slow enough to implement, to learn and to grow a community around you, both in the group and in your life.

I am keeping this a small group, so we can get to know one another, and go deep.

I’ve made the group extremely affordable at $297, but there will also be a few partial scholarships available. Please let me know if you need one.

The group will meet on 6 Thursday evenings starting January 8th, from 7-8PM.

Are you ready?

PLEASE NOTE: SPACE IS LIMITED. IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND, SECURE YOUR SPOT NOW!

  1. Hi Fran,
I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for Breast Cancer. I had a double mastectomy in July and have only been able to work a little bit from home since surgery. Chemo won’t be finished until the beginning of January. That said, I don’t really have a lot of $ for this sort of thing, but something prompted me to contact you. Reading the description, I realize that I could use some focus and support in many of these areas. Fear of the future is a biggie (I have a 4 year old son). My triple negative, BRCA 1+ status has really thrown me a mid-life curve ball to put it simply. After chemo I have additional surgeries of my own to face, plus helping my mom through her prophylactic mastectomy (she learned she was BRCA+ after my diagnosis).

Let me know what kind of scholarship or sliding scale you could offer.

    Thank you,
    Melissa

p.s. Thank you for keeping on with your work in spite of your health struggles. I had just embarked on a Life Coach training program when BC struck and hope that I can return to this goal soon.

    1. Melissa, I am so glad you contacted me, and deeply hope that you will join us. I wish you could also come in for an individual consultation so I could help with customized support as you go through this process, but I can certainly offer you a scholarship for half the fee. Please let me know as soon as possible.
