Intro to Meditation

Happy Buddha Yoga, 2 North Church St, in Goshen, NY

Set aside some time for quiet contemplation and the intent to restore peace to your hectic life. Learn and experience techniques for quieting the mind and calming the body; be more clear and present in your life, and practice bringing this peace back out into the world.

Classes include instruction, practice and discussion.
No previous experience necessary, and all are welcome, whether or not you have attended previously and whether or not you have meditated before.  Class meets on the first Tuesday each month at Happy Buddha Yoga.  No fee, but please let me know if you plan to come.
