South Indian Cabbage With Yogurt – Recipes for Health – NYTimes.com.

This was soooo good, and pretty simple to make. I was generous with the coconut, and added cashews for protein. I also subbed coconut oil instead of peanut or canola, as it is much healthier, and obviously would work with the recipe. It made a very warming and nutritious dinner.
