Please let me know if you would like to offer a showing of Under Our Skin, and a discussion of Lyme disease, for your group.
A gripping tale of microbes, medicine and money, UNDER OUR SKIN exposes the hidden story of Lyme disease, one of the most controversial and fastest growing epidemics of our time. Each year thousands go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed, told that their symptoms are “all in their head.” Following the stories of patients and physicians fighting for their lives and livelihoods, the film brings into focus a haunting picture of the healthcare system and a medical establishment all too willing to put profits ahead of patients.
I will be showing the film at the Goshen Senior Citizens Center on Wednesday June 15 at 6:30PM, with a discussion and Q&A to follow.
One of the doctors featured in the film is Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD, with whom I have been training since 2009.
Registration is required and there is a $5 fee to help cover the cost of the space. Please contact Linda at Linda’s Office Supplies for registration and directions: 845-294-3869
The Goshen Senior Center is located at 100 Trotter Circle, behind the police station.
