I love Mark Bittman’s recipes. Always simple and do-able, while still elegant and tasty. Cooking at home doesn’t need to be intimidating.
His vegetarian cookbook is one of my long-time favorites, and you don’t have to be vegetarian to love it and use it. Having an encyclopedic collection of healthy recipes for vegetables, beans, legumes, and grains is valuable for everyone, whether you use them as main dishes, or side dishes. And so many of his recipes are very simple, with time-saving shortcuts and substitutions. Highly recommended!
