Why Elana Amsterdam? Well, because I’ve been a fan of hers for… oh, forever! Her blog, and her Almond Flour Cookbook are standbys I use and recommend to all my clients. Her recipes are foolproof: easy to use and guaranteed to be delicious, even to picky palates.

  3. My whole family has had Lyme disease for a number of years and my teenage daughter has recently had some new digestive issues. We are planning to go off gluten as a family but it seems a bit overwhelming to me. Last week, I bought everything I needed to make my own GF bread but the ingredients are sitting on my kitchen counter staring at me. I’ve been thinking a good GF cookbook would make this transition easier but did not know what to look for…until now! Thank you for this opportunity.

  7. I’m a terrible cook and I need help with gluten free for my 3 year to help with her eczema.

  8. I have been gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, no peanuts, no coffee/caffeine for 7 1/2 weeks. My sugar levels have dropped drastically and I am off 1/2 of my medications. Goal is to be medication free very soon. I feel better, lost weight and doing great!
