I’ve been trying to tell people this for years! Fruits are not a “free” food. They have sugars, even if they’re natural sugars, and contribute to sugar’s 3 big problems:
- They increase inflammation
- They raise blood sugar
- They feed whatever microbes you have in your system: bacteria, virus, fungi and parasites.
Of course they also add to problems like diabetes, cholesterol, cravings, fatigue, etc.
