Getting a good night’s sleep is one of your Health Essentials, so it makes sense to do what you can to support that. Of course, getting to bed on time is the first step. Then, consider creating a sleep sanctuary: no lights at all, no electronics (remove cell phones, computers, TVs, etc., and consider turning off your WiFi for the night. It only takes a moment to reset again in the morning, and it will improve the quality of your sleep.
