You are invited to our Holiday Open House Thursday, December 10th from 5:30-8:00PM.
I’ll be giving a short talk on Beating Holiday Stress, then you’ll have an opportunity to say hi, ask me questions, and taste some Bulletproof coffee (or herbal tea) and some of my healthy treats.
Plus, there will be door prizes, lots of bargains, and you can shop for stocking stuffers, gift certificates and more.
If we haven’t met, it’s a great opportunity to introduce yourself, ask questions and say hello.

Hi Fran! I’m trying to work out coming Thursday but I would not be there before 7:30 as my son has a basketball game! Is that okay?
