Of course, this is not news to me, or to my clients of the past 18 years, but I’m very glad that it is becoming more widely known and publicized, and that there is more and more research, as well as clinical experience, to back it up.
Please know that most inflammatory issues and many auto-immune diseases do respond significantly to lifestyle shifts, and in my practice that always begins with a nutritional approach customized to each individual.
