If this is the road you are heading down, this article is pretty scary reading. However, it is essential you know that you can change your path now. I want you to know that getting healthy and losing weight does not have to mean feeling deprived and crabby, being hungry, or living on cottage cheese and grapefruit. If you learn how to be healthy – you, uniquely, not useless general theories – you will lose weight and body fat easily. Not only will your health improve, you will feel and look great. Give me 13 weeks and I will show you how.
There is no better investment than health and vitality. They make everything else possible.

Boy, do I need you! I’ve never been in such poor shape – it sure “ain’t” pretty. Depressed, overwrought, lonely… adds up to no exercise, stress eating, weight gain, and high blood pressure. And I used to be runner!! Can you help from a distance? And…how are you doing? We’ve GOT to get together.
oh Pat! yes, me too, I’d love to re-connect personally and I’d be glad help you out professionally, if you like. I work with clients all over the country, so sure, we can work long distance. Got time to talk this weekend?
I JUST read your response. Sorry, didn’t know you had responded.
I recently started a pretty intensive workout program and have started running again, but have to readjust my mind and habits regarding food. I’d love to reconnect sometime.
Have a wonder Thanksgiving!
You too, Pat, have a great holiday, and I’m still hoping to re-connect ❤
