as with many other pills once regarded as innocuous, the safety and efficacy of calcium supplements in preventing bone loss is being called into question.”

I’ll just keep saying it again and again: it’s not about how much you ingest. It’s about the ability to absorb, assimilate and utilize. If you don’t heal the gut, if you don’t identify and eliminate food sensitivities, you will not benefit from the calcium in your pills, or the calcium in your food. That goes for other minerals as well, including iron, zinc, magnesium, etc.

On the other hand, numerous clients have told me that their doctor’s jaw dropped when they looked at the amount of bone they were able to build back in a matter of months after, for instance, eliminating gluten from their diet. This is true even of women in their seventies that I have worked with, who were unable to build bone even on medications such as Fosomax.

Our bodies are designed to heal. All you need is the right information, guidance, and support. That’s what I’m here for.
