Lose your fear of fats! A handful of nuts is a great snack, with a perfect balance of protein, healthy fat, and complex carbs, yet I still find so many people avoid them because they think of nuts as “fattening”. Study after study has shown that adding nuts to your diet helps you lose weight (and fat) and is healthy in so many ways.
Please note: I do not generally recommend peanuts, which are a legume, not a true nut. I find that many people have a sensitivity to them, probably because they often carry mold.
