Hmmmm… do we think there may be a bias, or conflict of interest here? There sure is a lot of money to be made.
Statins are a terrible class of drug, with frequent and serious side effects. Perhaps that would be worth tolerating if there were no simple alternative – but there is. It is not only possible to improve your cardiovascular health through nutrition and lifestyle changes, it is fairly easy.
